La aproape un an de la preluarea mandatului de către Aubel, această promisiune se lovește de un scandal privind îngrijirea unui copil de vârstă mică, cu multiple dizabilități foarte grave, scandal care a devenit o dovadă de faliment moral pentru Potsdam, capitala landului Brandenburg, și mai ales pentru Noosha Aubel.
